Why us

Why Professional Interior Painting Matters

Choosing professional interior painting over DIY isn't just about convenience—it's an investment in quality, durability, and peace of mind. Professional interior painters bring specialized knowledge of surface preparation, paint chemistry, and application techniques that directly impact how your paint looks and how long it lasts. While DIY projects might seem cost-effective initially, improper preparation, inferior materials, or amateur application often lead to premature peeling, uneven coverage, and the need for costly do-overs within a year or two.

Professional interior house painting adds measurable value to your home. Real estate experts consistently report that fresh, professionally applied paint is one of the highest-ROI improvements you can make, often returning 50-100% of your investment at sale time. Beyond resale value, quality interior painting protects your walls from moisture damage, makes spaces easier to clean, and creates healthier indoor environments when using modern low-VOC or zero-VOC paints.

The time and stress savings are equally significant. What might take a homeowner multiple weekends of disruption, physical strain, and family inconvenience, our professional crews complete in days—often while you're at work. We handle the heavy lifting, furniture protection, thorough surface prep, cleanup, and disposal, allowing you to simply enjoy the transformation. Our licensed and insured status means you're protected from liability, and our promise to come back and fix application failures ensures your investment is secure.

For Sacramento homeowners balancing busy careers and family life, professional interior painting eliminates the weekend sacrifice, the back pain from overhead work, the uncertainty about product selection, and the frustration of amateur results. You receive expert color consultation, flawless execution, and the confidence that comes from a promise to come back and fix application failures—benefits no DIY project can match.

Our Interior Painting Services

ProFlow Painting offers comprehensive interior painting solutions tailored to Sacramento homes of every style and era. From Victorian-era historic properties to modern new construction, our team has the expertise to handle your specific needs with precision and care.

Walls & Ceilings

Our wall painting services transform living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and hallways with flawless, uniform coverage. We expertly prepare surfaces by filling nail holes, repairing cracks, smoothing texture inconsistencies, and addressing water damage or previous paint failures. Our ceiling painting expertise includes both smooth and textured finishes, with special attention to eliminating lap marks, roller stipple, and the dreaded "picture frame" effect that marks amateur work. We understand Sacramento homes often face unique challenges like hard water staining in bathrooms or kitchen grease buildup, and we address these issues properly before applying quality paint.

Trim, Baseboards & Crown Molding

Trim painting requires a steady hand and close attention to detail—qualities our craftsmen bring to every project. We carefully prepare all woodwork by filling dents, sanding smooth, and priming properly to ensure paint adhesion and durability. Whether you're maintaining traditional white trim, updating to modern grays, or creating contrast with bold colors, we deliver razor-sharp cut lines and smooth, brush-mark-free finishes. Crown molding, chair rails, wainscoting, and built-in shelving receive the same careful attention, with proper caulking and filling that creates seamless transitions between wood and wall.

Doors & Door Frames

Interior doors and frames endure constant contact, making proper paint selection and application critical for durability. We paint doors using techniques that eliminate drips, ensure even coverage on both flat panels and raised details, and deliver smooth finishes that resist chipping and wear. Door frames receive careful masking and preparation to create clean lines where they meet walls. We can paint doors in place or remove them for spray application when appropriate, depending on your timeline and desired finish quality.

Accent Walls & Feature Walls

Create visual interest and personality with professionally painted accent walls and feature walls. Our color consultation helps you select hues that complement your existing decor while adding depth and character to your spaces. We expertly execute clean, straight lines where accent colors meet primary wall colors, and we can incorporate specialty techniques like ombre effects, geometric patterns, or textured finishes when desired. Feature walls behind beds, entertainment centers, or dining areas become true focal points that update your entire interior design.

Our 5-Step Interior Painting Process

ProFlow Painting follows a proven systematic approach that ensures consistent, solid results on every interior painting project in Sacramento.

1. Consultation & Color Selection

Your project begins with a comprehensive in-home consultation where we assess your spaces, discuss your vision, and provide expert guidance on color selection. Our team helps you navigate the overwhelming world of paint colors, considering factors like room lighting (both natural and artificial), existing furniture and flooring, room size and ceiling height, and your personal preferences. We provide sample colors you can test on your walls to see how they look throughout the day and in different lighting conditions. During this consultation, we also identify any surface issues that need addressing, discuss timeline expectations, and provide a detailed written estimate with no hidden fees. This is your opportunity to ask questions, share concerns, and ensure we understand exactly what you want to achieve.

2. Surface Preparation

The difference between average and quality interior house painting lies primarily in surface preparation—a step we never shortcut. We begin by protecting your furniture, flooring, and belongings with heavy-duty drop cloths and plastic sheeting. Next, we carefully inspect every surface to be painted, identifying and marking areas requiring repair. We fill nail holes, cracks, and imperfections with appropriate fillers, sand surfaces to create optimal paint adhesion, remove loose or flaking paint, clean surfaces to remove dust, grease, and contaminants, and address any mold or mildew issues with proper treatments. For previously painted surfaces showing wear, we may need to lightly sand or chemically degloss to ensure proper adhesion. This preparation phase typically represents 50-70% of project time but directly determines the quality and longevity of your paint job.

3. Priming & Repairs

Once surfaces are prepared, we apply appropriate primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion and coverage. New drywall receives a coat of PVA primer to seal the porous surface and ensure uniform paint absorption. Stain-blocking primers cover water stains, smoke damage, or other discolorations that might bleed through topcoats. We use specialty primers for challenging surfaces like glossy trim, wallpapered walls being converted to paint, or patched areas to ensure uniform appearance. Significant repairs—drywall holes, texture matching, water-damaged areas—receive extra attention during this phase, with multiple coats of joint compound, careful sanding, and additional priming as needed to make repairs invisible in the final finish.

4. Professional Application

With surfaces properly prepared and primed, our skilled painters apply your selected paints using professional techniques that ensure flawless results. We use professional brushes, rollers, and when appropriate, spray equipment to achieve the finish quality you expect. Interior painters on our team maintain wet edges to prevent lap marks, apply consistent mil thickness for uniform appearance and coverage, use proper brush techniques on trim for smooth, brush-mark-free finishes, and maintain clean lines at transitions between colors and surfaces. We typically apply two coats of finish paint—industry best practice for optimal color depth, durability, and hide. Each coat is allowed to cure properly before the next application, ensuring chemical adhesion and preventing issues like wrinkling or poor leveling.

5. Final Walkthrough & Touch-ups

Quality control is paramount at ProFlow Painting. Before considering any job complete, we conduct a thorough inspection of all painted surfaces under multiple lighting conditions to identify any imperfections, missed spots, or areas requiring additional attention. We then perform all necessary touch-ups to ensure absolute perfection. Finally, we walk through the completed project with you, pointing out details, answering questions, and ensuring you're completely satisfied with the transformation. We don't consider the job finished until you're thrilled with the results. We remove all masking and protection materials, thoroughly clean the work areas, and remove all debris and leftover materials, leaving your home cleaner than we found it.

Interior Paint Types & Finishes

Selecting the appropriate paint finish for each surface is crucial for both aesthetics and durability. Understanding the characteristics of each sheen level helps ensure your interior painting performs beautifully for years.

Flat or Matte finishes offer a non-reflective appearance that hides surface imperfections beautifully, making them ideal for ceilings and low-traffic areas. The lack of sheen creates a sophisticated, smooth appearance but these finishes show marks more easily and are harder to clean, making them less suitable for high-traffic areas or homes with children and pets. Modern premium flat paints offer improved washability compared to older formulations.

Eggshell finishes provide a subtle, low sheen reminiscent of an eggshell's surface. This finish balances the imperfection-hiding qualities of flat paint with improved durability and cleanability. Eggshell works beautifully in living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, and hallways—anywhere you want a refined appearance with practical performance. It's become the most popular choice for wall painting in Sacramento homes.

Satin finishes offer a soft, pearl-like sheen that's highly durable and easy to clean, making it perfect for kitchens, bathrooms, children's rooms, and high-traffic hallways. Satin reflects more light than eggshell, which can highlight surface imperfections but creates a luminous quality in well-prepared spaces. This finish resists moisture and staining better than lower-sheen options.

Semi-gloss finishes deliver a noticeable shine and maximum durability, traditionally used on trim, doors, cabinets, and any surface requiring frequent cleaning. The high sheen highlights excellent surface preparation and quality application while standing up to scrubbing and moisture exposure. Semi-gloss is essential in bathrooms and kitchens where humidity and cleaning demands are highest.

High-gloss finishes create a mirror-like, ultra-shiny appearance most commonly used on doors, cabinets, furniture, and architectural details where maximum durability and dramatic impact are desired. This finish demands flawless surface preparation as it highlights every imperfection.

We also offer zero-VOC and low-VOC paint options for environmentally conscious Sacramento homeowners concerned about indoor air quality. These modern formulations eliminate or minimize volatile organic compounds without sacrificing performance, making them ideal for homes with children, pets, or family members with chemical sensitivities.

What Affects Interior Painting Costs

Understanding the factors that influence interior painting costs helps you budget appropriately and make informed decisions about your project. While every home is unique, several key variables determine pricing.

Room size and ceiling height directly impact labor and material requirements. A standard 12x12 bedroom with 8-foot ceilings requires significantly less time and paint than a great room with vaulted 18-foot ceilings. Higher ceilings demand specialized equipment, additional safety measures, and more time to complete safely and properly. Sacramento area homes range from cozy bungalows to sprawling estates, and we price each project based on actual square footage and complexity.

Preparation work needed often represents the largest variable in project costs. A well-maintained home with surfaces in good condition requires minimal prep—light cleaning, minor hole filling, and masking. However, homes with water damage, extensive cracking, wallpaper removal needs, textured ceilings being smoothed, or significant repairs require substantially more labor. We provide honest assessments during consultations so you understand exactly what preparation your surfaces require and why it's necessary.

Paint quality ranges from contractor-grade basics to premium designer formulations, with prices varying accordingly. While budget paints might save money initially, they typically require more coats for adequate coverage, perform poorly over time, and need repainting sooner. We recommend mid-to-quality paints from trusted brands like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore, which deliver superior coverage, durability, and color retention—ultimately providing better value despite higher upfront costs.

Number of colors and complexity affects pricing because each color change requires additional masking, cleanup, and careful attention to transitions. A whole-house project using one neutral color costs less than the same square footage painted in five different colors. Accent walls, two-tone designs, and specialty techniques add complexity and time. However, the visual impact of thoughtful color choices often justifies the additional investment.

Additional factors include furniture moving requirements, project timeline (rushed jobs may incur premiums), surface types (textured walls require more paint than smooth), and access challenges. We provide detailed, transparent estimates that break down costs so you understand exactly what you're paying for.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does interior painting take?

Project duration varies based on size, complexity, and preparation requirements, but most Sacramento interior painting projects follow predictable timelines. A single room typically takes 1-2 days including preparation, priming, and two finish coats with proper drying time between coats. A whole-house interior usually requires 4-7 days for an average-sized home, though larger homes or those requiring extensive preparation may need additional time. We provide specific timeline estimates during your consultation and work efficiently to minimize disruption to your daily routine. Our crews arrive on time, work full days, and maintain momentum to complete projects as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Do I need to move furniture?

We handle furniture protection and moving as part of our service. For most projects, we move furniture away from walls into room centers and protect everything with drop cloths and plastic sheeting. If you prefer to remove valuable or delicate items, breakables, or wall decorations before we arrive, that's helpful but not required. We can work around large furniture pieces or items too heavy to move safely. Our goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you while ensuring all belongings are protected from paint splatters and dust.

What's the best paint for kitchens and bathrooms?

Kitchens and bathrooms demand paints that resist moisture, mildew, and frequent cleaning. We recommend satin or semi-gloss finishes in these spaces for their durability and cleanability. For paint formulation, look for products specifically marketed as "kitchen and bath" paints, which contain mildew inhibitors and enhanced moisture resistance. We often use Sherwin-Williams Emerald or Benjamin Moore Aura Bath & Spa in Sacramento homes—quality products that perform very well in humid environments. Proper ventilation in these spaces is equally important to paint longevity, so we may recommend ensuring exhaust fans are functioning properly.

How do you handle paint odors?

We prioritize your comfort and indoor air quality by using low-VOC and zero-VOC paints that minimize chemical odors. Modern paint technology has dramatically reduced the "paint smell" that bothered homeowners in previous generations. During painting, we ensure adequate ventilation by opening windows when weather permits and using fans to circulate air. Most homeowners can remain in their homes during interior painting projects, though we recommend keeping children and pets away from active work areas. Any residual odor from even low-VOC paints typically dissipates within 24-48 hours after completion.

What preparation do I need to do before painters arrive?

Minimal preparation on your part makes our work more efficient. We recommend removing wall decorations, pictures, and shelving; clearing countertops in kitchens and bathrooms being painted; removing outlet and switch covers if you're comfortable doing so (otherwise we handle it); and communicating any areas requiring special attention or that should be avoided. Most importantly, ensure clear access to work areas and discuss pet accommodations if you have animals that might be stressed by activity in the home. We handle all other preparation—furniture moving, surface repair, masking, and protection.

Is there a warranty on your interior painting work?

Absolutely. ProFlow Painting stands behind our workmanship with a comprehensive stand-behind-our-work promise on all interior painting projects. This warranty covers peeling, flaking, excessive fading, or other failures resulting from application errors or workmanship issues. Normal wear and tear in high-contact areas, damage from impacts or abrasion, or failures due to underlying structural issues (like water leaks or foundation settling) fall outside warranty coverage. We use quality paints that carry their own manufacturer warranties, and we're happy to discuss specific coverage details during your consultation. Our warranty is our commitment to your complete satisfaction and the long-term performance of your investment.

How soon can the walls be washed after painting?

Newly painted walls need time to fully cure before they can withstand cleaning. While paint dries to the touch within hours, full curing takes longer. We recommend waiting at least 30 days before washing newly painted walls or exposing them to significant moisture. During this curing period, the paint film continues to harden and achieve its final durability. Light dusting is fine during this time, but avoid scrubbing or using cleaning chemicals. After the curing period, the washability depends on the sheen level—satin and semi-gloss finishes tolerate cleaning better than flat or eggshell.

Can you paint during winter months in Sacramento?

Yes, interior painting is actually ideal during Sacramento's mild winters. Unlike exterior painting, which depends on temperature and moisture conditions, interior house painting can be performed year-round. Indoor climate control ensures proper temperature for paint application and curing. In fact, many Sacramento homeowners prefer scheduling interior projects during cooler months when they're less likely to need windows open or air conditioning running. Our crews maintain consistent schedules throughout the year, so you won't face the spring and summer booking competition that occurs with exterior projects.

Pricing factors

What drives the price of interior painting in Sacramento

Every estimate is line-item — no flat-rate guessing. These variables move the number on your project, in order of how much they typically affect total cost.

  • Square footage of finished space

More paintable wall, ceiling, and trim area means more material and labor — the primary cost driver on every interior project.

  • Ceiling height

Ceilings above 8 feet require ladders and extended rollers; 10-foot-plus ceilings or two-story foyers add 15 to 25 percent to labor.

  • Wall condition and prep depth

Homes with significant patching, skim coating, or texture matching needed take more time before the first topcoat can go on.

  • Trim, doors, and casings count

Painting trim separately from walls — the right approach — adds time proportional to the linear footage and door count.

  • Number of colors and color changes

Each additional color means additional masking, separate application passes, and more careful cut-in work at boundaries.

  • Paint product grade

Contractor-grade, top-line, and designer products each carry different per-gallon costs; we specify the right tier for each surface.

  • Furniture handling and access

Occupied rooms with heavy furniture that cannot be removed require more time to protect and work around than empty spaces.

  • Cabinets or built-ins

Cabinets and built-ins are a separate scope from walls and ceilings — sprayed in a controlled environment, not rolled in place.

Room breakdown

Every room we paint, and what changes between them

  • Living Rooms & Open Concept

Open-concept living areas require color decisions that work across multiple sightlines — what reads in the kitchen needs to coordinate with what's visible from the dining room and into the hallway. We evaluate the full sightline before making color recommendations and apply large-format samples on each wall to confirm how the color reads in both natural and artificial light. Eggshell is the standard sheen for living room walls; ceilings go flat.

    • Walls and ceiling in coordinated sheens
    • Large-format color samples in actual light
    • Furniture moved and protected
    • Zero-VOC options available
  • Kitchen Walls & Ceilings

Kitchen walls take more abuse than almost any other interior surface — cooking grease, steam, and frequent cleaning. Satin or eggshell finish holds up to wiping without looking as shiny as semi-gloss. Backsplash-adjacent surfaces get a mildewcide additive in the topcoat to slow mildew growth near the sink and stove. Ceilings above cooktops may need a stain-blocking primer if grease has saturated the existing finish.

    • Satin or eggshell for walls
    • Mildewcide additive near backsplash and sink
    • Stain-blocking primer on grease-affected ceilings
    • Cabinets scoped and priced separately
  • Bathrooms & Powder Rooms

Bathroom painting uses moisture-rated interior paint with mildewcide additive to resist the persistent humidity that causes paint to peel and mildew to form on standard formulas. Exhaust fan adequacy is checked — painting over a ventilation problem delays the inevitable. Powder rooms have lower humidity and can use standard wall paint. All bathrooms get satin or eggshell on walls and flat on the ceiling.

    • Moisture-rated paint with mildewcide
    • Exhaust ventilation noted before quoting
    • Satin walls, flat ceiling
    • Zero-VOC available for enclosed spaces
  • Bedrooms & Primary Suites

Bedrooms are where zero-VOC products matter most — people spend 8 hours a night in these rooms, and the air quality after painting directly affects how quickly the space can be re-occupied. We default to zero-VOC products in all bedrooms. Primary suites often involve more detailed work — tray ceilings, accent walls, and built-in headboards — that requires careful masking and color transitions.

    • Zero-VOC default for all bedrooms
    • Tray ceilings and accent walls addressed
    • Furniture moved to center and protected
    • Re-occupancy within 2 to 4 hours of final coat
  • Ceiling Painting

Ceilings are painted flat for maximum light diffusion and to hide minor imperfections in texture. Popcorn and orange-peel ceilings are rolled carefully at the right pressure to add color without dislodging texture particles. Smooth ceilings are sprayed for the most uniform, stipple-free result. Two-story foyers and stairwell ceilings require scaffolding or an extension ladder system; we account for this in the estimate rather than charging change orders.

    • Flat finish for all standard ceilings
    • Spray on smooth, roll on textured
    • Scaffolding included for two-story heights
    • Stain-blocking primer on water-stained areas
  • Trim, Doors & Casings

Trim, doors, and casings are always painted separately from walls — cutting in with a brush for sharp lines rather than taping and rolling edges that inevitably show lap marks. Semi-gloss enamel is the standard for trim because it resists scuffing, cleans easily, and provides a visual contrast to matte or eggshell walls. Interior doors are painted all six sides when removed; if painted in place, all four edges are cut in by hand.

    • Semi-gloss or satin enamel
    • Hand-brushed for crisp edge definition
    • All six sides on removable doors
    • Hardware removed, not taped over
  • Accent Walls

An accent wall works best when the color is confirmed in the actual room at multiple times of day — not chosen from a 2-inch chip under store lighting. We apply a large-format sample on the intended wall and an adjacent wall so you can compare the relationship before committing. Bold colors and deep bases need more primer and often two coats for full hide. Geometric patterns and color-block accent treatments are available for rooms that call for something more structured.

    • Large-format sample confirmation first
    • Deep-base colors primed for full hide
    • Two topcoats minimum
    • Pattern and color-block treatments available
  • Stairwells & Two-Story Foyers

Stairwells and two-story foyers are among the most difficult interior spaces to paint safely and efficiently. Reaching ceiling peaks and upper wall sections requires scaffolding or a stair-spanning ladder system — not an extension ladder propped against drywall. We set up the right access equipment, price it into the estimate, and complete the work in fewer visits than a DIY approach with incorrect equipment. Color coordination from the main level up through the upper floor landing is planned before work begins.

    • Scaffolding or stair-spanning ladder system
    • Ceiling peak and upper wall access
    • Color flow from entry through upper landing
    • Priced into estimate, not added as change order

Products we use

Brands and product lines we specify in Sacramento

  • Sherwin-Williams

    • Cashmere (interior workhorse)
    • Emerald (top-line interior)
    • Harmony (zero-VOC)
    • Duration Home (washable)

Cashmere is the default interior wall product — smooth roll, low spatter, and excellent hide in a single coat on most repaint surfaces. Local Sacramento stores stock Cashmere in the full color line, which means same-day color matches when you need touch-up quarts. Emerald steps up to top-line performance with deeper color saturation and better washability for high-traffic areas.

  • Benjamin Moore

    • Regal Select (top-line interior)
    • Aura (washability + color depth)
    • Natura (zero-VOC)
    • Aura Bath & Spa (bathrooms)

Regal Select delivers excellent color depth and a leveled finish that hides roller lines better than most mid-tier products. Aura is the go-to for homeowners who want maximum washability and deep-base colors that hold their vibrancy. Natura is GREENGUARD Gold certified — the documentation is useful for nurseries, healthcare, and school projects where indoor air quality certification is required.

  • Dunn-Edwards

    • Suprema (interior)
    • Aristoshield (interior + cabinets)
    • Decoprime (problem-solving primer)

Dunn-Edwards manufactures in Sacramento, which means reliable local supply and color match consistency batch to batch. Suprema is a strong value pick for smooth interior walls — good flow and coverage. Aristoshield crosses over to cabinet and trim use and is particularly useful on high-contact surfaces like wainscoting and mudroom built-ins where a harder film is needed.

Local context

Sacramento neighborhoods and how their homes paint differently

  • Land Park & Curtis Park

1920s–40s craftsman bungalows and Tudor revivals with plaster walls — not drywall — built-up trim profiles, ceiling medallions, and original wood floors. Plaster repairs use a different technique than drywall patches, and older trim profiles need careful masking. Color palettes here often draw from period-appropriate tones: creamy whites, sage greens, warm taupes.

  • East Sacramento

A dense mix of craftsman, colonial revival, and mid-century homes where interior painting often involves matching existing textures and working around original woodwork. Many homes have high-gloss trim that needs deglossing before new enamel adheres properly. HOA color approvals on exteriors are common but interiors are generally unrestricted.

  • Midtown & Downtown Sacramento

Victorians, condos, and loft conversions with high ceilings, detailed molding, and, for HOA-governed buildings, color approvals for exterior-facing windows and doors. Condo interiors often lack ventilation during painting — zero-VOC and low-odor products are non-negotiable in occupied-unit work. Low-odor products are standard on all midtown condo projects.

  • Pocket, Greenhaven & Natomas

1970s–90s tract homes with smooth or light orange-peel walls and standard 8-foot ceilings. These homes are straightforward to paint efficiently. Pocket and Greenhaven homes near the river occasionally have moisture-related wall issues that need shellac-based stain blocking before topcoat.

  • Folsom, El Dorado Hills & Granite Bay

Newer construction with Level-5 drywall finish, 10-foot-plus ceilings, and open floor plans requiring whole-home color coordination across large sightlines. These homes often have tray ceilings, built-in shelving, and formal dining rooms with wainscoting — all priced separately from standard wall and ceiling work.

  • Roseville, Rocklin & Lincoln

Master-planned communities where HOA rules cover exterior colors but interiors are freely chosen. Large open-concept layouts are common; sheen consistency across rooms is a priority. Many homeowners in these communities are refreshing builder-grade flat paint with a more durable eggshell or satin finish 5 to 10 years after original construction.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

How long do interior paint projects take?+

Most single rooms take 1 to 3 days from prep through final coat, depending on the amount of patching, priming, and coats required. A full-home interior for a typical 1,500- to 2,500-square-foot Sacramento home runs 5 to 8 working days. ProFlow provides a room-by-room schedule before we start so you can plan around the work.

Do you move and protect furniture before painting?+

Yes. We move furniture to the center of each room and cover it with plastic sheeting and drop cloths. Floors are protected with canvas runners, and fixtures like switch plates and outlet covers are removed rather than taped over. Larger items like pianos or heavy bookshelves are carefully shifted in place and fully wrapped.

How do you manage paint odor and ventilation?+

We default to zero-VOC and low-odor paints for all interior work, which produce virtually no chemical smell. During application we keep windows open when possible and use box fans to promote airflow. In rooms without operable windows, we set up portable air movers. Most interior paints we use are safe for re-occupancy within 2 to 4 hours after the final coat.

Do you provide touch-ups after the project?+

We do a detailed walkthrough with you at project completion and address any touch-ups on the spot. We also leave labeled containers of your exact paint colors so you can handle minor scuffs down the road. If you notice an application issue after move-in — peeling, adhesion failure, anything that's our work and not normal wear — call us and we come back and fix it.

What is the payment schedule for interior work?+

We collect a deposit at contract signing to reserve your spot on the schedule, with the balance due upon completion and your final walkthrough approval. For larger whole-home projects, we can arrange milestone payments tied to specific phases. We accept checks, credit cards, and ACH transfers.

What happens if the interior paint fails after we leave?+

If our application fails — peeling, blistering, adhesion problems caused by how we applied it — we come back and fix it. We don't issue a numeric workmanship warranty. The paint itself carries the manufacturer's product warranty, typically 15 to 25 years on top-line products, and we document the products and finish at project closeout so you have the records.
