These terms describe the general conditions for using the ProFlow Painting website and requesting residential or commercial painting services.
Estimates and Scheduling
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of review. Final scope, schedule, products, and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to work areas, disclosing known site conditions, securing pets, and removing or protecting personal items before scheduled work.
Warranty and Care
Warranty coverage depends on the written project agreement and does not cover normal wear, impact damage, moisture intrusion, structural movement, or issues caused by surfaces outside our control.
Website Use
Website content belongs to ProFlow Painting and may not be copied, scraped, or reused without permission. You agree not to interfere with site operation or use it for unlawful purposes.
